Every AquaOx whole-house system carries a limited warranty of up to 10 years against defects in materials and workmanship. Register your system to activate coverage, then start a request any time you need help — we'll walk you through it.

What's covered
Coverage runs from the date of purchase to the original purchaser, for residential use. The warranty is not transferable. Wear items — seals, spacers, O-rings, gaskets, injectors and the like — and water-treatment media are excluded from coverage as normal wear.
