Do you have installers for the AquaOx or do we just use a plumber? We are the manufacturer. At this time, we just focus on creating the best quality filter we can while making it easy to install. Any plumber or a handy individual can install the AquaOx. If you or the plumber need help installing the unit, simply give us a call and we’ll walk you through the installation. Does your filter remove fluoride? No. Studies have shown that the amount of Fluoride in the water has been significantly reduced over the past couple of years. Studies have shown that while the MCL for Fluoride is 4 ppm the average water quality report for Fluoride levels have shown to be about 0.5. Fluoride is also very difficult to remove and the only media that removes fluoride leeches into the water causing a bigger problem. The only way to remove Fluoride is with a reverse osmosis system or distillation which will cause damage to your entire homes plumbing system over time. Will the AquaOx accommodate my large family? The AquaOx has a flow rate of 15 gallons per minute and the average shower head is 2.5 gallons per minute. For an average family of four, the AquaOx will last anywhere from 15 to 20 years. Are there any replacement filters? No. The AquaOx uses a state of the art water filtration technology that doesn’t require any replacement filters and will last an average family of four 15-20 years. Can I take the AquaOx with me if we move? Yes. You simply unhook the system and take it with you. Remember to reattach the water line before leaving. Will I experience a drop in pressure after installing the whole house filter? There will be no drop in water pressure up to 15 gallons per minute.
